And if you love God, you’ve been called according to His purpose, He’s going to work that purpose out in your life and everyone of the saints that He has called. And He’s been doing that since the time of the Day of Pentecost right on down. “For whom He did foreknow, He did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He [Christ] might be the firstborn [so now we have firstfruit, firstborn] among many brethren” (vs. 29). So that’s all going to be remembered. On the first of counting to Pentecost He told Mary Magdalene, “Go to My brethren and say unto them, I go to My God and your God, and My Father and your Father.” You see, firstborn among many brethren. And there we have it. Now here’s a guarantee. “Moreover whom He did predestinate…” Once God calls you, you receive the Holy Spirit of God, you are predestined to be in the Kingdom of God if you are faithful unto the end. “…And whom He called, them he also justified: and whom He justified, them He also glorified” (vs. 30). And that’s the end result of our inheritance. Now let’s to go 1 Corinthians 15 and let’s look at the other guarantee. The first guarantee is the Spirit of God. And you have to know that you have the Spirit of God. The second guarantee is so obvious that we don’t even realize it. Let’s come here to 1 Corinthians 15:42. You know actually 1 Corinthians 15 is a very long chapter but it’s only about three sentences the way that Paul writes. I mean Paul would have flunked English. But never the less, verse 42. “So also is the resurrection of the dead.” Now this is what we’re talking about. “It is sown in corruption [so we all get old and weak and die]; it is raised in incorruption: it is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raise in power: it is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body.” Now notice the next sentence. “There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body” (1 Cor. 15:42-44). Those who have been born again have a spiritual body. So no one in the flesh has been born again. Born again means raised from the dead and to receive a spiritual body. “And so it is written, The first man Adam was make a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. Howbeit…” Now notice this, carefully. “…That was not which is spiritual, but that which is natural [or physical]; and afterward that which is spiritual. The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.” Now here’s the guarantee, verse 49. Right here. Remember the first guarantee is you have the Spirit of God. Second guarantee is right here, verse 49. “And as we have borne the image of the earthy…” Now just give yourself a hug, ok. That’s your image of the earthy. Do you have it? Yes. That’s a guarantee you will be in the resurrection if you’re faithful unto the end. So how bout that? You’re constantly walking around with a guarantee that you’re going to be in the resurrection. If you never thought of it that way before, but that’s the way it is. “And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.” Now then verse 50 becomes very important. “Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God…” So for people to say that we’re in the Kingdom of God now is ridiculous. I don’t say use the hatpin trick, I say use the wall trick. Walk through the wall like Jesus did, then we’ll know you’re spiritual. Otherwise you’re still physical and you’re bearing the image of the earthy, which you are. “…Neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep [that means be dead in the grave], but we shall all be changed…” (vs. 50-51). Now let’s stop and think about this. We shall be changed. Let’s understand that that has to do with the two wave loaves which were made with leaven. Now we’ve already covered it in Leviticus 23, so let’s go to Matthew 13 and see that there is a good use of leaven, because remember only during the Days of Unleavened Bread is leaven a type of sin. But here in Matthew 13:33, here it shows a good use of leaven. “Another parable spake He unto them; the kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven…” Now in this case leaven cannot be sin because the Kingdom of God is not likened unto sin. It’s the exact opposite, it’s righteousness, right? So let’s look at what happens here. “…Which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal [she took the leaven and hid it in there], till the whole was leavened.” Now this is exactly like the operation of the Spirit of God where then we become wholly changed. Now what happens when you make bread and you put leaven in it, compared to unleavened bread? When you put the leaven in it, it rises. When you bake it, it is changed. So that’s why on Pentecost those two loaves are waved. One signifying those who enter into the Kingdom of God from the time of the Patriarchs down through the Old Covenant. And the other one symbolizing those who enter the Kingdom of God by the resurrection - we shall be changed, permanently. Just like a loaf of bread when it is leavened and baked is permanently leavened. That is of course, till you eat it. Of course all parables break down in their actual fulfillment. Now let’s continue on in 1 Corinthians 15:53. So what’s going to happen? Christ is going to make it occur. That’s the whole hope of this day, the day of Pentecost. Now notice verse 53. “For this corruption must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory” (1 Cor. 15:53-54). So at the resurrection that is going to be a victory. So look at it this way. If you die in the faith, which you should, you are an overcomer. You have been victorious and waiting now for the resurrection. Now let’s come to Philippians 3 and we will see what Paul said concerning this. Very profound. Very, very absolutely important for us to understand. And this needs to be, brethren, the way we look at things. Our attitude, our view, you see. Please understand this. All the difficulties of the past you cannot change. Now if you haven’t learned the lessons from them, then indeed they were in vain. God does not want us to dwell on the past, except for the lessons that we have learned. He wants us to have the same attitude as the apostle Paul had right here in Philippians 3. Now let’s pick it up here in verse 7. “But what things were gain to me…” It doesn’t matter what it was in the world, whatever the gain was. “…Those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for Whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung…” That’s skubalon, just a pile of manure out there. See, because he understood the glory that was going to come. So even the greatest thing that you can have on this earth is not even worthy to be compared to anything that God is going to give you at the resurrection. “…Count them but dung, that I may win Christ, and be found in Him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of … law, but that [righteousness] which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith…” And that is a spiritual righteousness. The imputed righteousness. The righteousness with God’s laws written in your hearts and in your mind. “That I may know Him…” That is truly know Him face to face, you see. “…And the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death…” (Phil. 3:7-10). Because you see, Paul persecuted the Church so wickedly and caused people to be put to death, that he said , “If my life can be made conformable to His death”, see. Verse 11, “If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.” That is our attitude. That’s what we need to do. We are looking for the resurrection of the dead, and nothing else counts. Now that’s the way we have to look at it. “Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect…” No, we’re all weak, we all have faults, we all have difficulties. We haven’t been perfected yet. And that perfection does not come until the resurrection. “…But I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind [and that’s what you need to do], and reaching forth unto those things which are before…” That’s what we need to do. What was yesterday is already done. You can’t change yesterday. And don’t destroy tomorrow by bringing in the problems of yesterday and today. Every day is a new day. Every day has a new set of problems, but we keep going forward and “…forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forth to those things which are before, I press [he works at it] toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus” (vs. 12-14). Brethren, what God has given us is a high calling. The greatest calling that human beings could have. To be in the first resurrection and be part of the harvest of the firstfruits. That is an amazing thing to understand. Now you know why Satan wants to destroy these days, especially the Passover and Unleavened Bread, and Pentecost. Now notice verse 15. Here’s the key. You may not be perfect in the flesh but with the Spirit of God within you here he shows you how to have a perfect attitude. “Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.” So, what? So you can repent. Because God is the One Who’ll lead you to repentance. So that’s a tremendous promise. “Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing. Brethren, be [imitators] followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. (For many [now it happened in Paul’s day, and it’s happened in our day] of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ…” (vs. 15-18). And unfortunately brethren, there are many today who have done the same thing. Now we hope and pray that somewhere down the road, because as long as there is life there is hope that they may change, that they may repent. But the further, and further, and further, and further away they go the more entrenched into these things they become and the more difficult it is going to be for them. Notice verse 19, “Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) For our conversation [now this is our politeia] is in heaven [we are constantly looking to heaven]; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body, according to the working whereby He is able even to subdue all things unto Himself” (vs. 19-21). Now that’s what we are looking forward to with the resurrection. Now let’s look and see how these things are accomplished. Ok, now let’s come to 1 Thessalonians 4. And again, this is talking about the resurrection. Then we will see how this applies to Pentecost and why it has to be on Pentecost. Now let’s understand something. The Feast of Trumpets is not a harvest feast. The Feast of Trumpets is a war feast. Only Pentecost is a harvest feast. Everything we have read refers to it as a harvest. And we saw how that the trumpet is blown on Pentecost. Now here in 1 Thessalonians 4, let’s begin in verse 13. “But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not [precede] prevent them which are asleep [that is buried in the grave].” So the first ones that are resurrected are those who are in the grave. “For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God [not trumpets, but the trump of God]: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds…” Now the clouds are right close to the earth, aren’t they? Clouds do not go much higher than say what, 40,000 feet, 50,000 feet tops. But most of them are below 20,000 feet. So this is right in the atmosphere of the earth. So when I talk about going to the sea of glass, we will see the Bible is not talking about you going to heaven. It’s talking about you’re going to be resurrected. The angels are going to carry you there, as we will see in a minute, but where are you going to go? What are you going to do? Now, we’ll find out. “…Caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air…” And this means “for the meeting with the Lord in the air”. “…And so shall we ever be with the Lord” (1 Thes. 4:13-17). We know Revelation 19, we come back to the earth. We know Zechariah 14, we come back to the earth. Now let’s come here to Matthew 24. So we’ll kind of cross over a little bit what I covered on day 49, but this is important for us to realize how it’s going to happen, how it’s going to come. And we’re living in those days and this society is getting prepared for it in their own way, and they don’t even know it. Now let’s pick it up here in verse 23. “Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.” There have been many false Christ’s down through time. At the end time there are going to be many more. “For there shall arise false Christs…” So there’s going to be “Who’s Christ” competition. “…And false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders…” See, because if they don’t keep the commandments of God, and if the word of truth is not in them, God didn’t send them. It doesn’t matter if they call fire down from heaven, as Revelation 13 shows that the false prophet is going to be able to do. “…Insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” And let’s understand something very important. Satan is out there to try and deceive the very elect every day. But there will be an intensity of it in the end time that will be unmatched of anything that we have ever seen in the history of the Church. “Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, He is in the desert; go not forth: behold, He is in the secret chambers; believe it not” (Matt. 24:23-26). I think it is the Jehovah Witnesses say that Christ is in a secret office building somewhere in New York. I don’t believe it. Verse 27, because none of them came this way. This is why we are not to believe it. Because when Christ returns it is going to be an awesome thing indeed. “For as the lightning [coming] cometh out of the east…” Now it’s probably going to be an explosion of light, which will then look like it will condense down into what looks like another sun, or a meteorite coming toward the earth. Because it says, as coming out of the east, “…and shining even unto the west…” Now the only way that could happen is if it’s far enough out in space, and the earth is turning, that means you can see it coming. Now a couple of weeks ago I was watching on Discovery channel how they’re preparing for meteorites which may hit the earth. So they’re going to think that this is a meteorite at first. And then they are going to think that this is an invasion from outer space, which it will be. That will be a true assessment. And that there will be aliens, which will be true - us. But they are the aliens. “For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” So that’s how it’s going to appear. Now when will it appear? Verse 29, “Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory” (vs. 29-30). Now that’s going to be something when that takes place. Here, come back to Revelation 6. Hold your place here cause we’re coming back to Matthew 24. I mean, it’s going to be an awesome event brethren. Now, maybe we’ll even live to see this. But if we do it’s going to be such a shaking of the earth and the heavens that it’s just going to be mind-boggling. Here, Revelation 6, it’s talking here about the sixth seal. And that’s when the heavens are going to roll back like a scroll. That’s when it’s going to be the big explosion of the light. And then it’s going to look like a meteorite coming toward the earth. Now Revelation 6:12, “And I beheld when He had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; and the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places” (Rev. 6:12-14). Now this refers to what it is back in Haggai 2 where it says, “Once more the Lord is going to shake the heavens and the earth, and the dry land, and the seas.” This is what it’s going to be. “And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; and said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: for the great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?” (vs. 15-17). Then as we come along in sequence we go through chapter seven and chapter eight, and chapter nine, and chapter ten. Now let’s come up here to when the seventh trump sounds. Now notice there are a lot of things that take place in there. I’ve explained this in the past, but this year I’m going to jump ahead of that. Let’s come here to Revelation 11:15. Here is the trumpet. Not trumpets. Trumpet. This is the seventh trump, which is the singular trump. “And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ; and He shall reign for ever and ever.” This is when the resurrection takes place. “And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their [thrones] seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, saying, We give Thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because Thou hast taken to Thee Thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and Thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead that they should be judged, and that Thou shouldest give reward unto Thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear Thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in His temple the ark of His testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail” (Rev. 11:15-19). Now let’s come back to Matthew 24 because this is when this takes place. Verse 31, “And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet [that’s the seventh trump], and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.” He’s going to gather them from the earth and bring them up and they will come, and we will see, to the sea of glass. Now let’s see that. Let’s come back to Revelation 14:14. “And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud One sat like unto the Son of man…” Now He’s going to come in the clouds. And that light is going to come down closer and closer to the earth. And then finally it’s going to come to an area just above Jerusalem, and that’s where the sea of glass will be. And so there He is in the clouds. “…Having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to Him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in Thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for Thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” The harvest of the firstfruits is finished. “And He that sat on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped” (Rev. 14:14-16). Now notice the second harvest. Because after the first harvest there’s going to be a second harvest. Now, verses 14-16 ties together with chapter 15:1-4. Verses 17-20 tie in with chapter 15:5 all the way through to the end of chapter 16. Now let’s come back and read about the other harvest. “And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.” See, the first one is the Son of man. He’s going to do that resurrection. The second one is an angel. “And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.” These are the wild grapes. Now, they were never in Christ. These are the vines which are for destruction. “And the angel thrust his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs” (vs. 17-20). That’s going to be mighty deep with blood. So it’s really quite a thing that’s going to take place. Now let’s come to chapter 15. Let’s see about the sea of glass. “And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire…” (Rev. 15:1-2). Now let’s look at the sea of glass in two places. Let’s come back here all the way to the book of Exodus 24, and let’s see that when God came down on the mountain and He told Moses to come up and eat with Him, we’ll see what they saw. This was after the marriage covenant took place. Now the marriage covenant took place on the day or two after Pentecost when the law was given. So likewise with the marriage of the Lamb and the Bride. It will take place after the resurrection, which will be after Pentecost. Now notice verse 9. “Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel: and they saw the God of Israel: and there was under His feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.” That’s another way of describing the sea of glass. “And upon the nobles of the children of Israel He laid not His hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink” (Ex. 24:9-11). Now let’s come to Revelation 4, and we will see the sea of glass again. Now this sea of glass is going to be in the clouds. No doubt about it because that’s where Christ is coming. But let’s see also, in this case there is the throne of God. Now let’s also understand something concerning seeing God. When we’re resurrected and spirit beings, can we see God? Yes. The apostle John said that we shall see Him as He is. Will we be able to see the Father? Well, there would be no reason why we shouldn’t see the Father. After all, are we not His children? Does He not want to come and meet His children? Yes. So let’s look at the sea of glass here in Revelation 4. Now again John in vision saw this. Let’s begin in verse 1. “After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and One sat on the throne. And He that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone; and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.” Quite an amazing description, isn’t it? I imagine it’s round like an emerald, but it’s like a rainbow in color. “And round about the throne were four and twenty [smaller thrones, as it should read] seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold. And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.” So here, he was given the vision of seeing the throne of God the Father. “And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal…” (Rev. 4:1-6). So God’s throne is set there on the sea of glass. Well, who’s on this sea of glass? Well, the 24 elders, the four living creatures, the throne of God, the 10,000 times 10,000 angels are somewhere right there, and thousands upon thousands, so this is really quite a magnificent thing that he saw. Now why would we assume that the sea of glass here and the one in Revelation 15 are not the same. They would be the same. So this is quite a thing that’s going to take place. Now let’s come back to Revelation 15. Now let’s also ask another question. In scripture, how many times must a scripture be repeated before it’s really true? Well it doesn’t have to be. Once is sufficient. So if we find here the sea of glass, which it says, Revelation 15:2. “And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire…” Well, that’s just what we read out of Revelation 4, right? “…And them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark…” Now how long has the beast been here? Since the Garden of Eden. Have not all the saints have to have had gotten victory over the beast? Yes. “…And over his image…” And the image of the beast has been here a long time. And as we’ve seen, that’s the female goddess. “…And over his mark…” Now the mark is yet to come. The real mark of not being able to buy and sell. Now they’re perfecting it. And it’s going to come. And it’s going to be implemented, and that’s going to be our first great, great trial. So far we’ve had it relatively easy, but when the mark of the beast comes it’s going to be the great trial. That’s why we have to be strong in the Lord now. “…And over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are Thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are Thy ways, Thou King of saints. Who shall not fear Thee, O Lord, and glorify Thy name? For Thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before Thee; for Thy judgments are made manifest” (vs. 2-4). Now then, remember where Jesus stopped on that Day of Pentecost when He read out of the book of Isaiah? He stopped right at the sentence which says, “And of the vengeance of God…” Well now then, that continues on right here in Revelation 15 and 16 and we see the vengeance of God. That’s the first thing we’re going to see. God has promised that all the saints would see the vengeance of God. God says, “Vengeance is Mine. I will repay.” Well God wants to see that you see that repayment and the vengeance of God, which in this case is the wrath of God. So we’ll see that. Revelation 15:5, “And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened: and the sevens angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles. And one of the four [living creatures] beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, Who liveth for ever and ever. And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from His power; and no [one] man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled” (Rev. 15:5-8). Then they went out and poured out their seven plagues. And you can read that here in Revelation 16. Now then, what else has to happen on the sea of glass? We have to receive our new names. We have to be given our spiritual garments. The marriage of the Lamb has to take place. Now there’s going to be a combination of those who will be the firstfruits composing the Bride, and who will be the firstfruits who are the guests. So the wedding has to take place. Now after the wedding between Christ and the Bride then we have to understand what our assignments are going to be. God is going to tell us what we are going to do. And we’re all going to be given white angelic horses on which to sit. And Christ is going to lead the charge of the battle. Let’s come here to Revelation 19 and we’ll see that. And this leads us up to the next holy day, which will be the Feast of Trumpets. Revelation 19:11, again heaven is going to open. “And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, an on His head were many crowns; and He had a name written, that no man knew, but He Himself. And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean” (Rev. 19:12-14). Now that’s all the saints perfected. Remember, what did Jesus say? He said, “If My Kingdom were of this world then would My servants fight.” Now here’s when we’re going to fight….there’s going to be a great winning battle. “And out of His mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He hath on His vesture and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS” (vs. 15-16). And then we come to the battle of the Day of Trumpets. So we’ll save that for the Day of Trumpets. But the Feast of Pentecost has great meaning for us brethren. And there is no doubt that it has to do, and pictures the meaning of the first resurrection and the final harvest of the firstfruits. So I hope you have a good feast, and we’ll pick up the rest of the story when we come to the Feast of Trumpets. |
