God’s Judgment Cometh Soon

Now we’ll get into Hebrews and a little bit. But what I want to ask is, what kind of world are we living in, and what kind of world is coming? Now I’ve got a report here which is quite extensive. Now Jim Hyles sent this to me. This was presented at Consciousness Technology Conference, July 19th to 21st, 2001, at Sisters, Oregon. It’s called “Synthetic Telepathy and the Early Mind Wars”. Now there are many different things that they’re doing to try and control the human mind, and try and program all human beings to the one coming one world order. And what they’re looking for is mind control.

Now, I forgot my cow bell down south. So I’m just going to say, just consider it rung. But I suspect that those Taliban forces and Al Qaeda forces that they have down in Guantanamo, are being subjected to mind control. Because they can do it in many different ways and you don’t even know it. Now that’s, that’s just my own supposition here. Anyway, one of the Allen Frye’s study and it’s possible application to mind control, Frye found this, that: “Human beings exposed to 1310 MHz and 2982 MHz microwaves, an average power density of 0.4 to 2 mm w/centimeter 2 perceived auditory sensations described as buzzing or knocking sounds. The sensation occurred instantaneously at average incident power densities well below that necessary for known biological damage, and appeared to originate from inside or near the back of the head.” So when you mentioned about using the cell-phone, and you could feel it inside your head, cell-phones are microwaves. So that’s what you’re feeling.

“Pulse Microwave Technology. Pulse microwave voice-to-skull, other than sound-to-skull transmission, was discovered in World War II... “ Now lot of these things have been in the works for a long time, but now they’re beginning to put them together. And what this is, is that you can actually, you can actually hear things, not through your ears. But you can put a receptor on each side of your face or your head, and you hear through your skull. They actually have hearing aid devices now that work on that principle, and they just bury a chip in each ear and you hear through your skull. So it’s quite a thing. But what this does, when you take into account that, “…the pulse train is off, no signal for most of each cycle, the average power is so low as to be nearly undetectable.” So in other words, now we’re dealing with things that they can input into people’s minds at such a low frequency, and in such a way that there is virtually no way you can detect it.

“…And the sensation is reported as a buzzing, clicking, or hissing, which seems to originate within or just behind the head. The capability of communicating directly with humans by pulse microwaves is obviously not limited to the field of therapeutic medicine.” Synthetic telepathy. “Today the ability to remotely transmit microwave voices inside a target’s head is known…” Let’s see… “…is known by the Pentagon as Synthetic Telepathy. Synthetic Telepathy has a covert operation designed to drive a target crazy with voices or deliver undetected instructions to a programmable assassin.” Makes you wonder. Remember the kid with the pipe bombs? I bet he was an experiment. I bet he was an experiment.

Now, “The technology may have contributed to the deaths of 25 defense scientists, and it is claimed that the direct energy weapons might have been used to literally drive these men to suicide and to commit 291 accidents.” Now you see, if you have that and you project that to an enemy, just think what you can do to them. I mean, this new war that’s coming up is something. And it’s really quite, and it’s all here. It is all here. Let me just - I’ll just jump ahead a little bit. They now also have the equipment that they can see through walls, see through cinderblock, see through rock. They can detect deep inside the earth, even a person breathing. Now, think about Afghanistan. Think about those caves that are there. You have to go back to the Carter administration to understand what happened.

Zbigniew Brzezinski, and he’s the one who wrote the book on the, the technocrats. I think it is, Between Two Ages. He was the personal adviser to Jimmy Carter. He made a trip over to Afghanistan when the Afghans were fighting the Russians. And the Mujahedin were the ones that he talked to. Now every once in a while you can see this replayed on Discovery Channel. But he told all the Mujahedin that their war was just, Allah was with them, etc. That’s when they started giving them support. The CIA worked with them under cover, and the CIA helped them built all their caves. Which tells you what? When they went into Afghanistan this time, they knew where every major cave was. And they were trying the new technology, which can, even from space, go down and X-ray into the earth and discover caves, minerals, oil, and all that sort of thing, you see. So what they’re telling us is really nothing. And I suspect that’s what’s going on.

But you see, now then, here’s another application - biological amplification using microwave band frequencies. “The next major development in ELF (that is, extremely low frequency weaponry) was the concept of biological amplification of these signals at the cell level to penetrate and set up resonance for more sophisticated information transfer.” They even have it now where they say that they have the means whereby they can communicate directly to the brain, bypassing the consciousness, and you can learn an entire language in just a few weeks. Now you add this to any chip implants. You add this to the coming mark of the beast, and you are going to see why the events at the end are going to be so horrendous. When you read these things you think the end is real close. But then you read them again, and you think, “Boy, it’s further out.” Because God is going to let man go to his highest zenith under Satan the devil before He intervenes.

Now they talk about how these things work. “What these frequencies really are, however, are actual holograms of specific thoughts.” Now they can put thoughts into your head. Because they can replicate the brain, the brain wave thought patterns, and they can put them into your head. “This means that a high bred form of brain fingerprinting is now possible.” Now fingerprinting means, you can capture the brain signals. You can put them into a computer and store them. You can transmit them out and change the thoughts of the individual. “And once these images are stored, usually in a very sophisticated super-cooled computer, similar responses can be fed back to the person inducing virtually any state desired via entertainment protocols.” So I’m going to have to spend a little more time on this and then give the sermon, “Guard the Door of Your Mind.”

The comment was made that with the generation dumbed down today, those minds will be much more easily manipulated. “Silent sound technology, or, S-Quad, silent converted to voice FM hypnosis can be transmitted using a voice frequency modulator to generate the voice. It is a steady tone near high end of hearing range, that is 15,000 Hz, plus a hypnotist voice, varying from 300 to 4,000 Hz. These two signals, then, are frequency modulated. The output appears now as a steady tone like tinnitus in the ears, but with the hypnosis embedded. Then the brain converts the train of microwave pulses back into an audible voice. There is no conscious defense possible against this form of hypnosis.” That is, I would say, unless you have the Holy Spirit.

I would say this: it’s very incumbent that we really stay close to God and exercise the Holy Spirit. Because ordinary radio and television signals use a smooth wave form called a sine wave. “These signals cannot normally penetrate the voltage gradation across the nerve cell walls…” But they have a way of doing it now. So they can send in almost anything: emotions, feelings, instructions, and so forth. “The system was used throughout Operation Desert Storm quite successfully.” They didn’t shell-shock the Iraqis because of the bombardment. What they did, they sent in the five prayers for praying to Allah every day and embedded in that sound coming over their radios was this very thing of hypnosis. And they put them in a state of terror. And that’s why they surrendered so readily with virtually no fight. And that was 11 years ago.

So you get emotional signature clusters. “These clusters are then placed on a silent sound TM carrier frequencies and will silently trigger the occurrences of the same basic emotion in other human beings.” Fear, anger, hate. “Regarding the system delivery and application, there is a lot more involved here than a simple subliminal sound system. There are numerous patented technologies that can be piggy-backed individually or collectively onto a carrier frequency to elicit all kinds of effects.” Now think what that will do for children.

“In more conventional use, the silent sound subliminal system might utilize voice commands, and as an adjunct to security systems. Beneath the musical broadcast that you hear in stores and shopping malls may be a hidden message that exhorts against shoplifting. And while voice commands alone are powerful, when the subliminal presentation system carries cloned emotional signatures, the result is overwhelming. Free-market uses of this technology are common in self-help tapes: positive affirmation, relaxation, meditation tapes, as well as methods to increase learning capacity. But there is strong evidence that the technology is being developed toward global mind control. The secrecy involved in the development of the electromagnetic mind-altering technology reflects the tremendous power that’s inherent in it. To put it bluntly, whoever controls this technology can control the minds of men-all men.

“There is evidence that the U.S. government has plans to extend the range of this technology to envelop all people, all countries. This can be accomplished, and is being accomplished by utilizing the nearly completed HAARP Project for overseas areas, and the GWEN Network, now in place in the United States. The U.S. government denies it all.”

Then they also have ways to read the mind. I saw a special report on Discovery Channel where now they can put sensors on the head. They can - they’ve taken test groups of people and those that have been trained in special words and special technology, whatever their field was, they would flash those words on a television screen and it would elicit a particular spiked brain wave in their head, which then was recorded. They took the same information, flashed it on the screen to those who were not trained in it, and they had absolutely no response to those things. So the long and the short of it is this: the mind, once it has experienced something, remembers it. And they say they are now trying to perfect this to the point that it will be even better than DNA. They can take a suspect, sit him down before a screen, project on the faces of those that he killed, or robbed, show the scene of the crime, show the scene of the murder, and there will be a brain response that he will have that only the person who did it can elicit.

Now you see, all of this, all of this is to control human beings. And this is why it is so ungodly. Because God has given free moral agency. This takes it all away. God has given you the latitude to make mistakes, to learn and to correct those mistakes. This takes it all away. And as I mentioned on the sermon that I gave for the Feast of Trumpets, I talked about the Universal Soldier. If you haven’t seen the movie Universal Soldier with Claude Van Damme, you might watch it. Because that’s what they’re trying to do to all of the military forces. And they’re designing, by the way, which you have to listen to the tape on Trumpets, but they are designing almost impregnable armor for infantry troops.

Then we have Thought-Reading. “Thought-Reading is an enhanced version of computer speech recognition. When we say words to ourselves silently, or read a book, which can actually feel the slight sensation of those words in our vocal muscles. All that is absent is the passage of air. Coordinated speech signals are relatively strong and relatively consistent. We are fed hypnotic signals to force consistent neutral content, but of different character than prior to becoming test subjects in dreams. These forced neutral content bland content dreams occur every single night and may represent the experimenters effort to have our experiences portray themselves in such dreams; In effect, mining our experiences.” And then they capture these and then they do things with it.

Implants. They’re going to have implants. All of this is going to be something. And with these they can give you suggestions. You now lose weight and fulfill your goals. This just some of the programming that’s on there now that’s subliminal that, you get these tapes and lose weight, or whatever it is. “You are very sure of yourself.” “Cigarettes disgust me.” There are probably 50 different things here, I won’t go through and read them. They do this for a lot of things. It’s common in weight control, these power things, you know. “Reach down inside of you.” “You have more power in you than you realize,” and all this sort of stuff.

Comment was made, that a woman is losing weight on this type of thing and she goes to a hypnosis -a hypnotist rather, and then she has a tape that she listens to when she goes to sleep at night and she wakes up in the morning and has none of the hunger drives to put weight on her. And she doesn’t even remember the voice that was on the tape, see. You give yourself over to these things. This is why, this is why we will always reproduce our own tapes or CD’s or whatever. Because no telling what anybody could put on them. And they also have what is called LADS, which then they can actually tell whether people have been caught in a building because of an earthquake or in a landslide or battlefield and all those sort of things. Now, you see, that’s why they have all these things going on now, all of these emergencies. So they can bring in this technology. That’s what they’re wanting to bring in, you see.

There is a system now, ground or home apartment wall penetrating radar. Patriot Scientific Corp. has developed radar technologies with a wide range of possibilities. Can be used to demonstrate detection of small targets buried in sand, people behind walls and other targets. “Patriot has used an antenna system to demonstrate detection of objects as small as a Coke buried in sand through a wall. Even small targets disturb the wave front of the pulse, producing reflections in modifying the field in measurable ways.” And I had just gotten through some of these things. Commercial thought reading devices. You go in and interview a boss, who knows what’s there. Brain wave detection. Voice-to-skull. Goes clear back to 1974. HAARP. HAARP transmission. Very interesting.

OK. Good. Yes. Isaiah 54:17. “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of Me, saith the LORD.” Now let’s come back to Revelation 13 for just a minute. Because I don’t think we have fully appreciated the power that God has given us with His Holy Spirit, the protection that He will give us because of it, and really this is the only way for those in this new generation to save themselves, is to turn to God. And this new generation is going to have all these things come upon them.

Now let me just say something about the Veri-chip, since I gave a sermon on it. Veri-chip Corp. borrowed their money from IBM to do their research. Veri-chip Corp. was told by the FDA, the Food and Drug Administration, that as long as Veri-chip didn’t have any medical information on it, it was OK to implant it. After they ran the implants on those people that just started with it, now the FDA comes down upon them and says, well, yes, it does have medical information on it. And at the same time, IBM is calling due their loans and the interest. And I look at this as IBM’s grab for that technology, to weld it with their own. Because Veri-chip, Applied Digital, had $14 million in interest coming due. I forget exactly where it is. I just remember reading it. I don’t know exactly when it’s coming due. If they don’t pay that on time, then the interest rate goes up to 17%. Then they have so long to pay it, and if that doesn’t work then the interest rate goes up to 25%. And the last increment of interest will be if they don’t make that, then the interest rate will go up to 35%, probably all compounded and added together, so Applied Digital and Veri-chip will be taken over by IBM. They will naturally default to them.

Now then, when you understand that IBM deals in what is called nanotechnology-have you ever heard about nanotechnology? Nanotechnology is that they build one atom at a time. And they have the ability to store a lot of information on each nano-piece, whatever it is. Now, if you take the Veri-chip and you incorporate nanotechnology in there, you can have everything about that individual recorded and have room left over. So then the mark of the beast is really going to be a thing. This introduction of it is just a start. Like everything else, it starts out and it’s nice, and it’s innocent, and it’s good, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, see.

Now then, the reason I bring that up is because here we have quite a powerful thing going on. Revelation 13:4, “And they [that is, the whole world] worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast:…” And this is all being projected through many ways of media, through music, through television, through radio, through CD’s, through audio cassettes, through employee training programs. All of these things are carrying some aspects of bringing people to worship Satan. Especially this younger generation nurtured on Harry Potter and all the occultism.

“And they worshiped the beast: saying, Who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” (Rev. 13:4). And then we have the abomination of desolation, verse 5; tie that in with 2 Thessalonians 2. “And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies;…” (Rev. 13:5). Now if everybody has been programmed to receive this, they’re going to say, “Hooray! Hooray!” And like the comment was made earlier, there are a lot of intelligent people who don’t believe in God. So when this happens, they are all set to receive it. “And power was given unto him to continue forty and two months” (Rev. 13:4-5).

He blasphemes God, verse 7, “And it was given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them:…” Now why against the saints? Because, I believe, with the power of the Holy Spirit in us, it’s like it said there in Isaiah 54, that they’re not going to be able to control true Christians. They may interfere with us, but they will not be able to control us. “…And to overcome them.” That’s why there has to be the martyrdom. “…And power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” Now that’s how he’s going to have the power. It’s going to be set up. And they are going to control it by these means. That’s why you’ve heard me say many, many, many times, be careful of the TV you’re watching. Be careful of what enters into your mind. It’s very important to understand that, and to practice that. Makes you wonder what they have come emanating out of these news programs so that everyone accepts the news without going further, see. Makes you wonder.

Now notice, “And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world” (Rev. 13:8). So there has to be a protection as promised by Isaiah 54:17. God will protect us. (Audience comment.) Well, men will think that they’re becoming God with this. Yes. Especially those in charge. Especially when they can see how they can manipulate the masses. So there has to be, there has to be that power. Let’s come back here to Luke 10. God has to protect us. Now if we give ourselves over to the world, and we give ourselves over to these things, could then God lift His protection from us? I don’t think anyone wants to risk that.

Now especially, if you haven’t read anything on HAARP, I suggest you get some various books on HAARP, because they can send many different things to control population, to control thoughts. And it’s all at an extremely low frequency. How many have seen the documentaries on how elephants communicate with each other? They use extremely low frequency. As a matter of fact, the human ear can’t pick it up. But it travels across the ground over vast distances so elephants 20, 30 miles away can hear it. And they can communicate to them, “There’s water over here; there’s food over here,” all this sort of thing. And the females, when they come in gestation and they’re ready to procreate, then they send out an ELF signal and the males all of a sudden just appear and start breeding. Where the males live, all alone way off solitary. But they appear just right at that time, because that sound goes out.

Now men have been able to, with HAARP technology, they’ve been able to use those low frequencies to do things such as communicate with submarines underwater. And now they’ve discovered that they can control thought patterns of human beings by using this technology. So there are many, many things out there that we just do not understand or realize that have been going on, and they are all coming together at this time. And it made me wonder. The comment came to my mind this: is this why God did not allow the knowledge of electricity to be discovered until a little over a hundred years ago? Because look what they’re doing with it, you see. Yes. See, Satan wants to take away all choice. Satan wants to take away free moral agency. And he can come nigh on to doing it with these technologies. (Pause) Comment was made that dolphins and whales use a very similar thing, radar, sonar, the whole thing. It’s quite something.

Now let’s come here to Luke 10. And this is after He sent out the seventy. Verse 17, “And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils [demons] are subject unto us through Thy name. And He said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy:…” (Luke 10:17-19). That’s why we have the Holy Spirit. “Over all the power of the enemy.” And this is something that we need to come to the point of really claiming every day. Because these things are factors that are out there now. They are going on now. And we need to ask God to give us strength, to give us protection, to give us resistance, to give us the ability to understand that these things are beginning to happen to us. And I would say this: whenever you’re going along and all of a sudden there’s some sort of thought that comes into your head that has nothing to do with what you were thinking, you need to stop and ask the question, “Where did this come from?” And why did it all of a sudden just project into your mind? And that’s when you need to exercise bringing every thought into captivity unto Christ.

 Over all the power of the enemy. “Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven” (Luke 10:20). See, so having your name written in the Book of Life of the Lamb - and that book was set there before the foundation of the world - then God gives you a protection, but I am sure that we also have to be aware of it and claim it, see. So I think this was really an eye opener for me. You think, oh boy, you know, this world is really going along. Well I don’t think we realize how far down the road with all these things that they have come. I mean, it is something. It is something.

Now then, let’s look at it another way too. If you let your guard down, and if you don’t claim the promise, and there happens to be an infiltrator among you who knows these things, who knows how to do these things, and begins bringing false doctrine, now what can come with false doctrine? See? Especially if it’s recorded and sent out? You can have almost anything. You can implant almost anything on to these recordings. If they can have it so the you can have recordings to increase your ability to manage yourself, to lose weight, to have greater mental abilities, if they can put those on the sound tapes where all you hear is kind of like the rolling in of the surf at night, you know, they have those for sleeping, or the dripping of the rains so which ever one makes you go to sleep, just imagine what they can put on there to hypnotized people.

Now then, if those who are Christ’s let their guard down and open themselves up to it, then it’s going to be something else, isn’t it? Yes it is. Yes it is. Yes it is. You come back - let’s go back here and take a fresh look at the Laodiceans, who do not have their guard up, who are not exercising the Spirit of God. See, once you have the Spirit of God you have to exercise it. You have to use it. Every day. You have to let the Holy Spirit lead you, you see. Here, hold your place here in Revelation 3. Let’s come back to Romans 8, because here is how it can work in our lives. Because you see, these are weapons that Satan is going to use upon the whole world, and the whole world is not going to know. Romans 8:14, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” So you must let the Holy Spirit lead you. You must yield to the Holy Spirit, God the Father, and Jesus Christ, and let that lead you; guide your thoughts; guide your actions. Everything that you do.

Now another thing that was pointed out is this: is that today we live in such an electronic age that we have many frequencies invading where we are. Now we can’t pick up on all of them. But you can take a radio and you can turn the dial. And every time you pick up right on that frequency you can hear what ever it is: music, voice, advertisement, whatever. Same way with television. Same way with a cellphone. Same way with other electronic devices used for various things, you see. All of these have electrical frequencies going out. And so I think one of the things that’s going to be very important for us coming down the road in the future is to have a place and have a time where we can shut out all of that sort of thing. And I think you’ll be surprised how much peace of mind that you will gather during that time when you shut it out.

Have you ever gone shopping, and here’s this music going, and it just [shivers]. I don’t know about you, but I hear some of that music and it just sends me on end, and I walk right out of the store. I don’t even stay in there. That’s why when I go buy something I know what I want to buy, I go buy it, and I leave. Because it affects me. And some of that music just makes me downright angry and just hostile. And I hope some of it is hostility toward it. Not hostility because of it.
